                                with international buyers, primarily in Dubai and GCC regions.

                                AMAC MAZAO charges a service fee on completed transactions. The current fee structure 
                                is available on our platform and may be updated from time to time.

                                All payments are processed through secure escrow services in Dubai. Funds are released 
                                to sellers upon successful delivery and acceptance of goods.

                            <p class="text-muted">
                                Transactions are conducted in USD or other agreed currencies. Users are responsible 
                                for all taxes, duties, and customs fees applicable to their transactions.

                                The AMAC MAZAO platform, including its design, logo, content, and software, is the

                                Users retain ownership of their product listings and content but grant AMAC MAZAO 
                                a license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

                                AMAC MAZAO acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for:

                                <li>Delivery delays or issues beyond our control</li>
                                <li>User disputes or disagreements</li>
                                <li>Force majeure events affecting transactions</li>
                            </ul>

                                Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these terms shall not exceed 
                                the total commission fees we earned from your transactions in the past six months.

                                These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject 
                                to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
